I am thankful for my kitty

This is Narnia

and also this

Hi, my name is Narnia. I am a cat. I live with two other cats they are much bigger than me and walk on two legs, but they are not very good cats.
Narnia is a great cat. I am thankful that Jesus created cats that we can have as pets. Specifically I am thankful for Narnia. She brings more joy, adventure, and excitement in to my wife and I's lives.  I am thankful for dogs and other pets as well but that is a topic for another post. As I am thinking about my cat and other pets and how much we love them, I am reminded of a principle found in God's word. In the book of Matthew chapter 7 verses 7-11 Jesus is talking about how God will give us good things if we would just ask him for them. The last part of verse 11 is very applicable to our lives because he gives us the example for an Earthly father. If I as a father know how to give a good gift to my own children, then God, who is our heavenly father certainly knows how to give us (his adopted children) good gifts. Cats are like that I think. I know how to give gifts to my cat. I know what she needs and I give her those things. But God who is all powerful, does not have the limitations that I have on what he can give us. He can and always will make sure he gives us the best.

Thanks for reading and don't forget to join me next post. Follow me if you would like. Are you thankful for any of your pets past or present? Are you planning to get any pets in the future? Let me know in the comments.
Sometimes things get to bright, so Narnia tries to block out the world

Narnia like to sleep in some strange places
